Before you can effectively communicate a strategy, you need to forge one. I’ve spent decades helping clients and companies do just that, crafting effective strategies that not only pave the way to achieving goals, but also generate the excitement and engagement needed to deliver those strategies. Over my career, I’ve helped bring to life diverse strategies, including: strategic communication and engagement strategies; net-zero resilient real property portfolio strategies; global software deployment and transition strategies; and detailed funding strategies. As one of a select few Canadians recognized as a Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) by the Project Management Institute, I specialize in working closely with executive teams to align and adjust their multiple activities (projects, programs, and processes) to ensure they deliver the greatest strategic value per dollar spent.
